We process on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Cattle are currently booking 2 weeks in advance, 3 weeks for lamb, sheep, and goat. Can now process OTMs and cull cows.
We are a provincially inspected, audited and approved abattoir located 100 km north-east of Toronto. Our license allows us to process red meats such as beef, lamb, goat and others. We operate year-round and offer a variety of value-added services.
