Booking Lead Times

We do not have a wait time on booking. Usually within 2 week’s time. It is the same for all species. We slaughter on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  We can process in a day approximately 30 cattle and 80 lambs. We fit in all the others as needed.  We label, everything must be labeled to leave our facility. It is a regulation not an option. We kill, cut & wrap for freezer orders. We also will kill cut & wrap for farm gate businesses.

Abattoir Bio

We specialize in custom livestock and hunted game, supporting local farmers in their farmgate business and ensuring our product is Halal. We do it all from beginning to end with our focus being on cutting/wrapping to customers specifications for their freezer orders.
