Booking Lead Times

Beef = booking roughly 2 months out, spots in the fall are filling up quickly. Hogs = booking roughly 1 – 2 months out, spots in fall fill up quickly (slaughtered at Bachert’s in Walton & processed at our facility in Wingham).
